Service Description

ITS provides tech-enabled publishing solutions including but not limited to:

• AI-powered academic copy editing platforms
• Automated typesetting and XML conversion systems
• Plagiarism and AI content detection software
• Reference checking and verification tools
• Figure improvement and enhancement services
• Manuscript processing and management systems
• ERP and e-commerce solutions for publishers
• Content delivery and access control platforms

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our software
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

Subscription and Payment

Our SAAS platforms operate on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• Enterprise contracts may have different terms

Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, algorithms, and technologies provided by ITS remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content and data processed through our platforms.

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service access.

Limitation of Liability

ITS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and you may export your data within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
